    In order to meet all your needs, we now have a fleet of "VAN" type vehicles that can carry up to 7 people. (with supplement)

    Our 95 drivers are the only ones authorized to exercise the profession of Taxi from Monaco.

    Very Disappointing

    Customer service is terrible, starting with the telephone attendant.
    Most of the time you can wait up to an hour to have a taxi available, most taxi drivers are rude and always complain because they want payment only in cash.

    wasted time

    Waited 45 minutes and just wasted time. Only in Monaco you can pay 3000 per night in a hotel and still not get a taxi to get to the restaurant.

    No pre book, hours waiting

    Honestly it’s shocking this is the only taxi company in town. They’re totally useless, absolutely no idea why you cannot pre book?! Even calling 30mins before is not accepted so you call on time and then wait hours

    I just could not imagine that in such a luxury country as Monaco such a disgusting taxi service, first you wait 2 hours for a taxi, and then you drive 3 minutes and pay 20 €
