You just won’t believe it. We just came to Metropole Hotel to have a lunch (where we have lunched many times over the years when we come to Monaco) and today we are told that the food is only for the guests of the hotel! If you are not staying in the hotel then you can sit and drink water, but they won’t give you food. I’m just shocked. They decide now who can eat and who can’t, and it depends on whether you stay in a hotel. We will never come back!
