F&F Luxury Real Estate was born to fulfil the needs of a very discrete and exclusive clientele that trusted in its founder Martine Fresia, having worked alongside her in promoting the arts and bringing culture in Monaco to a higher level.

We mostly focus on high end off-market properties in Monaco and the south of France, furthermore we do also have access to several unique and exceptional properties in London, Italy, the Bahamas and other regions. We strive to offer a discrete and personalised service to our clients (institutional and private), often preferring to keep their search of a buyer or a seller private.

We take care of “curating” on behalf of our clients (whether it is generating a list of potential properties to meet their needs or only giving information about the properties they are selling to reliable and trustworthy potential buyers). Furthermore, we have access to a range of tools that enable us to broadcast properties to a wider audience should our client need to increase their reach faster.

Alongside the Real Estate company, we are able to use our legal, tax and asset advisory (established in Monaco 35 years ago) as well as our privileged relationships with the key players of Monaco to answer any needs our clients might have. We can facilitate any actions they want to undertake in conjunction with purchasing or selling a property - whether it be assisting in establishing a residence in Monaco (or France) or creating the necessary structures to purchase your property or operate it as a business.
